2. Products and Services
StarSeedSoul offers the following types of products and services:
- Digital products — soul origin readings, audio activations, relationship frequency guides, and related PDF content. All digital products are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.
- Personal sessions — one-on-one reading sessions conducted via video call, booked through Calendly.
- Live workshops and courses — online and in-person workshops and group sessions, including cohort-based courses created specifically for registered participants.
Current pricing for all products and services is listed on our website and Gumroad store. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of your purchase or registration is final and will not be retroactively adjusted.
3. Purchases and Payment
Digital product purchases are processed through Gumroad (gumroad.com). By completing a purchase, you also agree to Gumroad's Terms of Service.
Prices are listed in US dollars. Applicable taxes, if any, are calculated and handled by Gumroad at the point of sale.
Access to your purchased digital product is granted immediately upon confirmed payment, delivered to the email address provided at checkout.
Workshop and event registrations may be handled through separate registration forms or payment processors as specified at the time of each event.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
4.1 Digital Products
All sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for digital products once purchased and delivered.
Exception: if you did not receive your product due to a verified technical error on our side, contact us at timsocion@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we will resend it or resolve the issue.
4.2 Personal Sessions
By booking and paying for a personal session, you acknowledge that your chosen time slot is reserved exclusively for you and that Olesya Popova's time and preparation are committed from the moment of booking.
All session bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. Sessions cannot be rescheduled or cancelled once booked, regardless of the reason.
If you do not attend your session at the scheduled time, the session is forfeited with no refund or credit.
In the event that StarSeedSoul needs to cancel a confirmed session, you will be offered a full refund or the option to book a new session at your preference.
4.3 Workshops and Courses
StarSeedSoul workshops and courses are created specifically for the registered cohort. Your payment is your commitment to participate. By registering, you acknowledge that content, preparation, and logistics are developed based on confirmed registrations, and that your spot is held from the moment of payment.
All workshop and course registrations are non-refundable, regardless of personal circumstances including illness, scheduling conflicts, or change of plans.
If you are unable to attend after registering:
- Online workshops: a recording of the session may be provided at our discretion upon request. This is a gesture of goodwill and is not guaranteed.
- In-person workshops: no recording or substitute is provided.
If StarSeedSoul cancels or postpones an event:
- Event cancelled (any format): full refund to all registered participants.
- Additionally, for in-person events: reimbursement of reasonable travel costs directly caused by the cancellation may be considered upon submission of receipts, up to the value of the registration fee.
- Event postponed: you may choose a full refund or transfer your registration to the new date.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the StarSeedSoul website and in our digital products and events — including the soul origin typology system, the 24 origin names, descriptions, crystal visuals, audio files, PDF texts, quiz questions, workshop materials, and all related content — is the original intellectual property of Olesya Popova. All rights reserved.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of our products, system, or event materials
- Share purchased PDF or audio files with others
- Use our content or methodology for commercial purposes without written permission
- Claim our system or any part of it as your own work
- Record live workshops or sessions without explicit written permission from StarSeedSoul
You may:
- Use purchased products for your own personal use
- Reference StarSeedSoul and your soul origin type in personal social media posts, with credit to StarSeedSoul
6. Disclaimer
StarSeedSoul products and events are offered for personal growth, self-exploration, and educational purposes. The soul origin typology system is an original proprietary framework created by Olesya Popova.
Our products and services do not constitute psychological counseling, medical advice, or any form of licensed professional service. They are not a substitute for professional mental health support.
Results and insights from the quiz, readings, and workshops are based on the StarSeedSoul system and represent one interpretive perspective. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Olesya Popova and StarSeedSoul shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or participation in our events.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
8. User Conduct
When using our website, Telegram bot, attending our events, or using any StarSeedSoul service, you agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or extract the methodology of the StarSeedSoul system
- Record, share, or reproduce any part of a live session or workshop without written permission
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, impersonate, or harm other participants, users, or our team
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
